The concept of “genre” simply does not exist for an artist like Nikei Akira (stylized as N!KE¡ AKiRA), whose musical influences are far too diverse to be classified under only one genre or style. With experience stretching across multiple styles from over a decade spent developing their musicianship, Nikei strives to break the social construct of genre and push past their limits, while encouraging the same of their fans whether or not they share the same musical ambitions they hold. Music is their escape, how they shape the reality they dream of living in, how they carve the path they want to take and the reason they can thrive in this world; Nikei hopes to share that with their audience and encourage their listeners to push forward the same way they have been doing for so long.
